Return and Refund Policy

At Augmintech PVT LTD, we strive to provide high-quality educational content through our online courses. We understand that situations may arise where a refund request is necessary. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while protecting both our learners and our platform.

1. Refund Eligibility

One-time Purchase Courses & Subscription-based Courses:

• Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis after discussion with our support team.

• Customers must contact our support team to discuss their concerns regarding the course before any refund is considered.

2. Refund Exclusions

The following services are strictly non-refundable once access has been granted:

• Live courses

• Webinars

• Any course labeled as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase

• Once enrolled in a course, no refund will be provided under any circumstances, whether it is the registration amount, part payment, or full course fee.
  Even if you discontinue or leave the course midway, no amount will be refunded.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email your request to Support@augmintech.com with the subject line:
   “Refund Request – [Course Name]”

2. Include the following details:

   • Your full name

   • Course name

   • Date of purchase

3. Our team will review your request and contact you for further discussion.

4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10–14 business days via bank transfer to the original payment method.

4. Subscription Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard.

• Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

• No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription period.

5. EMI / Part Payment Policy

• If your EMI, part payment, or full course fee is not paid on time,
  your course access will be revoked immediately without prior notice.

• Access will only be restored upon clearing all pending dues.

6. No Refund for Policy Violations

If a user is found engaging in unauthorized activities such as:

• Downloading or recording content

• Sharing restricted course material

• Account sharing or content redistribution

Their access will be permanently revoked without refund.
In such cases, no refund will be provided, and our decision will be final and binding.

7. Changes to the Refund Policy

Augmintech PVT LTD reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Any updates will be posted on this page. It is the user’s responsibility to review the policy periodically.
