Return and Refund Policy

At Augmintech PVT LTD, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality educational content through our online courses. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be provided.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • One-time Purchase Courses:
    You may request a refund for any one-time purchase course within 7 days of the purchase date, provided you have not completed more than 30% of the course content.

  • Subscription-based Courses:
    Refunds for subscription-based courses are available within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase. If the subscription is canceled after the 7-day window, no refunds will be issued, but you will retain access until the end of the billing cycle.

2. Refund Exclusions

  • Non-refundable Courses:
    The following services are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances:
    • Live courses
    • Webinars
    • Any courses that are labeled as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase

  • For these courses, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances once access has been granted.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit your refund request via email to Support@augmintech.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Course Name]”.

  2. Include your full name, the course name, and the date of purchase in the email.

  3. Upon reviewing your request, we will verify if the course completion meets the refund criteria (i.e., less than 30% completed).

  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date of approval via bank transfer to the original payment method.

4. Conditions for Course Completion

If you have accessed and completed more than 30% of the course content, a refund will not be provided. This is determined based on the progress tracking available through our learning platform.

5. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. However, cancellations are only effective at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy

Augmintech PVT LTD reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically.
